In order to offer solutions for a variety of telephone situations, the hardware is available in several gateway models:

one for 8 concurrent calls and
for 30 concurrent calls

More recording capacity can be accommodated by stacking more gateways to a maximum of 100 concurrent calls per system.

Also a selection of telephone sets to be recorded can easily be made by connection the gateway to a specific LAN switch.
